I'm contemplating selling my Metro RV4 to fund a Metro UV70 Ash/Maple 4-string.
I dont know if I should do it!
I really love my RV4, but I kind of want the full size body of the UV. Plus the blocks and binding is like the icing on the cake.
I'm just not sure if I'll get the same "BIG" warm tone out of the UV that I can get from my RV4.
Sure doesn't help that they have 2 UV70's coming in within the next two months in the exact color combo I want.
Why couldn't I have been born rich?

I have an RV4 (see avatar) that I love. I also have an MV5 coming tomorrow. I love the 4 but I miss the B string. I'm going to A/B them and sell the one I don't like...unless I try to suck it up (financially) and keep both of them.

I know. I wish I had the M5-24 I traded for the RV4. RV4, M5-24 and MV5 would be a nice stable.
Mr. FedEx showed up. Will have better pics and a sonic report when I get home. First impression is - sick. The sound balance between strings is awesome and it feels like the bass disappears under me when I play it.
