Orange is OK, but Dark Cherry with a birds eye board is where its at?:D

I've been getting allot of use out of the new Metro bass, but mainly with my GK MB212 rig. Used it for the first time last night with my main bass rig, a Carvin B1500 and a set of Avatar cabinets. It sounded killer! And I've got that Metro playing like butter. Took this last night at The Back Room Blues Bar in Boca Raton.

I love Natural, Burst, and orange Sadowsky Basses. There have been some amazing basses posted lately. Remember Saluki's Orange Sadowsky Vintage J5? I loved the look of that Bass. If it had an Ash body and not Alder I would have bought it and dropped a set of SCs in there and been very happy with it.

You mean this one? If it were ash it never would have gone bye-bye. That flamed maple board was amzing. It was replaced by the one below, which the stock HCs were replaced with SC's by our resident sadowsky surgeon Vic.

Did I just see 2 4string posts in a row? (this is #5 on 1 page
There HAS to be a few more someplace. Any 4string P-Basses in Sad land?
Here's one from recently sold that got my attention.

Blair, we are minority here. Sadowsky got that 'Jazz Bazz on steroids' title (that I don't really understand) and P basses are less common.

Hey guys out there in SAD-LAND I have a stunning bass that I just picked up which is virtually a "clone of a clone" as one Sadowsky owner said when he saw it.

Is it permissable to show you guys what the bass looks like ??
Many of you may not be familiar with these basses. :hiding:

Check out Andre Lauer- "The Bullet" on youtube live at NAMM 2010 slamming away on one !

This bass is one of the most playable and best sounding instruments I have encountered in somewhile--obviously owing to its Sadowsky strong influence.

TINO employs the Aguilar OB-1, perhaps not as far reaching as other preamps-particularly the famous Sadowsky preamp. My TINO has Nordstrand pickups.

So if it is cool or anyone would like to see the bass I will gladly attempt to upload a pic. :hyper:

At first glance you all will mistake it for a SADOWSKY :scowl:
