EDIT: You guys in the states are lucky to be able to watch network talk show segment repeats. The networks block that stuff leaving the country. If you want to see this tune, it was the closing (guest) number - Corinne Bailey Rae.

Love that clip! That band really needs to release a full record.

Have you seen the video with Tal, Vinnie, Herbie, Pink and John Legend? Another good one. Tal gets the gigs, I tell ya!

Tasteful arrangement. She has a very nice voice. If however, it is possible to sing too far behind the beat, then I think she was doing it. There were too many times when she was just plain late to the one and stretching the pocket to the max. I guess that's a stylistic choice. Holly Cole does a very nice job on this song too.

Mary J. Blige is also one for singing way behind the beat.

Not to get too OT (although we already are) this song is the epitome of playing behind the beat and doing it the right way. Genus and Vinnie are locked in a sick groove right here.
