What, in your opinion should Warmoth do to make this better?

just to clarify for everyone,

I dont blame Warmoth for the dent completely, however, I do think that they need to seriously reconsider their packaging, one layer of foam wrap and 25 packing peanuts and some cardboard is not very comforting when paying in excess of $400 for anything, neck or body.

the cracks in the finish are possibly due to climate change between Washington and Texas, as we were still having mild temps that week.

im also confused on how the chips in the finish got there, not pointing fingers....just confused.

I'm more concerned with the neglegent employee(s) of UPS that abused my package...it does say "Warmoth custom guitar parts" on the box.

Never ship UPS. Ever. They are rather negligent, and the words "breakable" or "DO NOT DROP" Don't apply to them.

I can't see the pics either! :(

Great to hear you have it back though Cody. I've got my Sherwood Jazz body now too! :D It should be completed in a few weeks. Got some very nice parts for it. I've got some pics of the progress so far but I don't want to spoil your thread by posting them. ;)
