OK, I guess I need to pick a number and submit it for inclusion. How about 7581A in honor of my favorite output tube?

Super short notice, I know, but.....
Does anyone want to hang out at PBG tomorrow during the day?
Ruby needs her adjusted, I want to play with some pedals, and generally pick their ears about stuff.![]()

Don't forget kids, my funk band is playing this weekend at Wrigley's in Golden from 3:00-7:00pm. Great horn band stuff, good eats, cool hang! We'll be on their (relatively) new back deck/patio area, so it'll be a fun time. If you come down, bring your sunscreen! Also, make sure to say hi!
5sg.

. If you get a chance to check them out you really should.Everyone still above water?
Boulder has been insane. We got off pretty lightly. One basement window well kept filling up, sending water into the basement, so I spent two days bailing with 5 gallon buckets while my wife was inside trying to keep up with the spillage. We have three lightly flooded rooms in the basement but the music room is unscathed. I think. We'll know more soon. Lots of work to be done, though, getting out the ruined stuff and replacing carpet, etc. My body is wrecked from frantically carrying the 5s for hours on end. We have no idea how my wife's business (the Essense Studio) in North Boulder fared. It's kind of a crappy building. Luckily, it's fairly high up, but No. Broadway did get hit pretty hard. But it's all nothing compared to friends in Lyons, Jamestown, etc. who lost houses. One friend saw his neighbor's house crash into his house/studio. All his nice mics, preamps, etc, fully submerged. Luckily they got away with their instruments and their small child and were safe through the whole thing. I don't know if they evacuated yet or not. I had a gig at the Boulder Theater tonight. Definitely not happening. I still don't know what downtown Boulder looks like.
A friend of mine from when I lived in California lost a friend in Boulder. That young couple. Sit tight up there.
Hey Gang,
Got a chance to catch a couple of sets of "Funk" with this band, and it was pretty "GREAT." They had a very interesting crowd of Bikers and Ohio State Buckeye fans.... and a great time was had by all that I spoke with that afternoon.
If anyone didn't know already Ross/5sg is a "BEAST"!!! on the bass, they covered T.O.P, EWF, Steeley Dan and made it look easy. If you get a chance to check them out you really should.
