Cool rock n roll photos

Early Pretenders were so flippin cool. I just wish 13 yo me was hip enough to know it at the time, but I wasn't. I was just getting into music and was into Zeppelin, Aerosmith, etc. Basically going from about 1975 and looking backwards. All of these "punk & new wave" bands were "weird" to me. They didn't look like rock stars. I missed out on so much good music when it was new and fresh.....really a shame.
Yup....one of the many reasons that Genesis with Peter Gabriel out front was a great band and a fantastic live show.

The Nash family had a garage on Queen Street in Toronto until a few years ago. I lived a few blocks from there and you could at any time walk into the shop and see "Nash" working on peoples cars. The property was sold years ago and now has condos in that location.
I saw Nash open for The Who, with J Geils and Heart playing before the Who.

I'm not hearing "bitching." Most of us who've mentioned it are simply asking for identification of the musicians/bands in pics we find intriguing. As I posted before, it allows us to look up those musicians/bands so we can explore their music, and it might even result in some of us buying their music. If it's a cool pic and you don't know who it is, just say so. I'm not bitching; it's just a friendly request!

Springsteen tours in the late '70s were always a trifecta: Madison, Milwaukee and Chicago. Ticket prices were such that the blow was way more expensive than the tickets. Those were some dynamite shows!
