More than 24,000 people jammed into Hughes Stadium in Sacramento, Ca in May 1976 for a benefit supporting the passage of a proposition on the June ballot opposing the use of nuclear power. Linda Ronstadt, the Eagles and Jimmy Buffet played the packed stadium.
If you look closely, you can pick me out halfway between the soundman’s tower and the stage!
