Legendary record producer Keith Olsen, himself a bass player and producer of albums by Heart, Ozzy Osbourne and Fleetwood Mac.
One of his early bands, The Music Machine, had a big hit with "Talk Talk".
He was later an engineer at Sound City music studios in L.A., where he recorded Buckingham-Nicks first demo and album.
Besides Fleetwood Mac, Keith also worked with Grateful Dead, Bob Weir, Eddie Money, Emerson, Lake & Palmer, Rick Springfield, REO Speedwagon, Pat Benatar, Heart, Joe Walsh, Starship, Santana, Kim Carnes, Jethro Tull, the Babys, Ozzy Osbourne, the Scorpions, .38 Special, Bad Company, Sammy Hagar, Russ Ballard, Whitesnake, Foreigner, Sheena Easton, Journey, Loverboy, and Lou Gramm.

I've seen BÖC live many times, starting with Tornado Watch in an old gravel pit (used to construct I-90/I-94) by Eau Claire, Wisconsin in the early and mid '70s. Three guitars and a bass. What a front line! Love 'em.
Here are a few songs from their 2002 show at the Skyline Theater at Navy Pier in Chicago. I lived next to Navy Pier in Lake Point Tower at the time and was at this show (row 12, middle; perfect!). Didn't know they were going to record it. It's an excellent show if you can find a copy of the DVD/Bluray.

The first time that I saw them was in '76, opening for KISS.
And four, with Albert Bouchard coming out from behind the drum kit during ME 262.

Yeah, I was gonna say that when I saw the (1978 I think) at Jones Beach the drummer joined the ax line up out front.
Did I mention how outrageous the fireworks show was??
It was!!!
It's the brotherhood of the ridiculous hats.
I saw them about the same time - 76 or 77 - in Cincinnati at Riverfront Coliseum with my then GF, later wife, now ex. Don't remember much form the show except all five playing guitars (and bass, I assume) out front at the end. I was impressed.

This was one of David Clayton Thomas first bands well before he joined Blood Sweat and Tears. Notice the Telecasters and sunburst pre CBS Fender Jazz Bass.
You'd think he could afford some dental work?
