(One of) Mine...
Just picked up this 3 1/2" wide Black Iguana (textured leather) strap by Pete Schmidt ( Link Removed ). The quality is very good - double stitched, high quality leather, excellent workmanship... Was looking at Moody's Leathers and saw that some folks complained about quality issues after the company was sold. Then discovered Pete Schmidt - less expensive and very good quality. I just ordered a second one for another bass...

Norcal, would like to see ya spin that bass with that strap, lol, and keep yer pants on, how long does it take to remove, and put on, now understand i might actually be giving you a call at some point for one but today, it looks positively medevial, sort of nasty if ya see where im heading.
Hey NorCal Dog, why do you have a small weight tied to your headstock?
And here's my newest strap. I love the way this one attaches!

Please don't get him started.
See "speaking of neck dive" thread.
I stumbled upon a leather company that makes custom guitar and bass straps called Brookwood Leather. The owner, Bob Schell (it’s a one-man operation) made a 5-part YouTube video showing him making a strap from start to finish. He goes into detail on most of the items and techniques used and I found it quite interesting.
The first of the 5 parts is here:
Note: I am in no way associated with Bob or Brookwood Leather.
ya know, i'm truly sorry if i've caused you a great amount of butthurt in any way in this life, or any of your past lives, but i'm not that bad of a person really. if you disagree with anything i've said in the past, that's cool, just don't take too seriously, i don't
peace out
