that bass was the subject of a thread a day or two ago. to answer your question, probably no one, but i think a better question might be , 'who's selling this stuff?' 
i can't imagine anyone even the least amount of knowledge about fender basses considering buying it. all i can think is that the seller must be preying upon a non musician considering buying it for someone as a gift, but that particular one looks so bad, abnd is such an obvious fake, who would want to?

It's one of those starter bass/amp deals from Ibanez that go for $299 + a $60 pedal and two learning books ($30?).
Total value? About $400.... but wait, there's more. Act NOW and you can get it from this guy used for $400. What a deal.
