Well....the wait is over!!!! Erik finished the bass on 06/12/2008!!! I picked it up from him on Friday the 13th and have only put it down to come to work. Here are some pics.

Wow. I've been there. My suggestion is to plan how and where you will be when you first open the box and look at your bass. Perhaps you should video it. Or you could plan to open it in a studio and get to work straight away recording your new bass.

Another update from Dave. Sanded, buffed and the first coat of sealer on the bass. Just waiting for the Nordy's (DCs) and the preamp (aguilar). Putting gold HW on it too...

ALMOST!!!! Bass is done, Dave is just packing it up and shipping it out. Hopefully I'll have this baby in my hands by the end of this week, begining of next week (either way, it's making it's debut at our next gig!!!).
