it's only 51% but i've not been able to detect any sonic difference with or without it.
i might just cut a piece of some black pantyhose and cover them on the inside attached with a rubber band.
51% is fine! It looked like it might be one of those 38% ones I've seen floating aroundMuch under 50% will gimp your port flow a little at least it seems like it to me...I had an old Dr. Bass cab with a 38% grill and the port would really rattle the hell out of the grill with 3015LFs.

it's pretty efficient and super loud with my SVT. Eminence rates them at 100.8db per speaker, and winSD rates them at 98db, so depending on who you go by, the cab has a 101-103db sensitivity.
