Jeese...now I really feel badly for you. Sounds like things just slipped up on you and snow-balled before you realized it. And, sorry again if I hurt your feelings. BTW, no doubt you have taken plenty good care of him, so don't get down on yourself there.

lol...yeah, snow-balled is a pretty accurate description. No apologies necessary. I'm just sensitive about it all, cuz a lot of times I do feel stupid...lol. No hurt feelings though & Thanks. :smug:

I just got this mental image of you someday selling that Lakland and the buyer being TOTALLY perplexed as to why the frets all look in great condition. Well, all except for the first fret, which is also in great condition, except for right under the B string, at your low C. Funny how in that one spot on that one fret the metal is worn all the way down to the fingerboard ....

:p :D ;)

Oh well, I guess my joke about how much you'd be playing that ~33Hz low C failed miserably.

No you didn't fail I had quite a laugh when I read that! I think I'm gonna start making 33hz jokes around people that have no idea what that is. It's like talking about people in another language, you can sy anything you want and they have no idea what your saying!

Ah, the 33hz, now I just wish I had a fretless and a room full of women to play for... ooh and an 810. hehe :hiding:

No worries. You're the one who missed out, though. ;) Laremond came in town for a drink, too, so we walked to McGillans and had plenty of adult beverages and good food. It was a hopping place to be that night. :D

The combination of telling me I missed out AND the winky face!?!? give me a minute to get rid of the goosebumps

On a funnier note, I presented that theory to my husband and used it to convince him that I needed a nice big rig. :p

May I recommend Mesa? Yum. That's what I played through last weekend at BC and even though they wouldn't let me sit on it, I kicked off my flipflops and stuck my toes up against it. It was very ooo-la-la. Oh yes, it was.

Goosebumps, hmmm? It always makes a girl feel good to know she can give a guy goosebumps. *sigh* Thanks for making my day, auto. If you get yourself down Florida way, give a yell, and we'll go hang at Bass Central for an afternoon, then off for beer, pizza and award winning wings.....then more music than we know what to do with....deal?

A woman after my heart. - insert cartoon eye bugging, heart beating out of the chest and AWOOOOOOGAH sound-

My wife recommends an Aguilar DB750 with Bergantino NV610. :ninja:

Thanks to your wife for the heads up on that one. Can you imagine shopping around for that? Lmao...first you'd have to find out if the sales guy is familiar with the theory, and then you'd have to convince him that you needed to test it...lol...:D

And Tat2d, thanks for the heads up on the Mesa...I'll check that out too! :p

Has anyone here seen Private Parts, the Howard Stern movie? I cant help but be reminded of the scene where the young, blonde female listener calls in...people who know the reference will get why I reccomend a simple 2x15. -shifty eyes-
