I'm curious about the +20db? I wonder if it will put it into fuzzed out territory, or just make it more insanelyer louder?

The +20db of gain "transports the internal MOSFETs into Valhalla" ;)... Its gonna be a trip to hear the MBD sound coming out of this little pedal!

I would imagine it's the equivalent of maxing the MBD-1's internal boost trim-pot with the flick of a switch. They both affect the input gain. And +20 on the MBD-2 is the equivalent of maxing the internal boost on the MBD-1 since he sets them at +9dB from the "factory" and they go up to +29dB.

Point being, I tinkered with that a lot on my MBD-1, and maxing the boost trim put me into fuzz-stortion territory. I'd find this very useful if I wanted to have just 1 or 2 dirt pedals on board, since I could set it to low gain for most uses and then flick the switch for a tune that requires full on distortion. #cool
