Edit:
Though, I do use the VMT setting on my DG MT900 head.
Otherwise, I found more sounds I like in my AOmega, so I'd assume the AOmic would be my choice.

I have yet to find a AO setting I like with the 900 head, better than the 900 head alone.

I will be building a smaller pedal board.
My current boss can accommodate 6-8 pedals I will only be taking 4 with me.

The slimmer profile of the Darkglass also makes it a little tougher to reach over the edge of the board.

But this Alpha/Om is amazing. I spent a few hours with it last night. The OD can be Uber metal, but I am using it as a dirty boost pedal. It has far exceeded my expectations.
