Darkglass Anagram Multi FX Announced

This is the case even when I use one of the 48 factory presets. I have two other devices: the Valeton GP-5 and the Hotone Ampero Mini, and both are louder.
Anagram is also louder through the 1/4" jack than through XLR, but still not as loud as other my devices.

And when I compare the 3.5 mm headphone output, I tested it against a regular cheap Xiaomi phone, and the phone is also significantly louder.
Hi, have you checked out this post about headphone volume HERE? Although it talks about headphone volume the same screen shows the output levels for jacks and XLRs. Hope it helps.

Hi All,

I'm having a small problem with my anagram. I suspect this will involve a call to their customer service team, but I figured I'd check here first. I have no idea why, but my effects loop appears to have stopped working - totally.

I've gone into the device setting and made sure that the loop is set to mono out - mono in, which is what I believe is the correct configuration as I am just using it to run external pedals to the unit. The weird thing is it was working when I first received the unit, but today when I went to route my way huge pork and pickle though the effects loop, it simply isn't working.

Now, there is sound when it's running, but it's at a significant volume drop, even with the output level on the effects loop set to 0 db. All I get is an unaffected sound at a much lower volume level than when the effects loop is disengaged, I also get an odd high pitched wining sound when the effects loop is on.

Now, I have done some troubleshooting.

Patch cables - checked and tried others
pork and pickle - works fine on it's own or when running before the anagram
Internal setting on the anagram - effects loop is set to mono out mono in

And again, the effects loop was working a couple of days ago. I'm generally confused here and wondering in anyone else has run into this, and found a way to resolve it?

Thanks.

Is there any difference if you set it as a Stereo loop?
