So, having spent some time with the Anagram today, I can definitely say that the pitch shifter is legit. Sounds great, tracks phenomenally well, and no weird glitches/artifacts tuning down a whole step. I actually tried it with my fretless, first by actually downtuning it and playing it, then tuning it back up and using the pitch shifter to tune it down. Near indistinguishable from eachother.
Dialed in a really nice clean(ish) fretless tone with a touch of reverb and chorus. Sounds fantastic. Still need to spend a lot of time tweaking, but so far it's been pretty easy once you get a feel for it.
Also, tuner is amazing. Probably the nicest I've had since my Peterson, AND it does really well on low notes. Tuning my Dingwall to drop A took no time at all.
