Thanks, B-Mac. Yep, that's her, though the serial number seems to indicated a 2004, if the first two numbers are the year (04). Mine also has a Fishman Classic 4 preamp in it. I got her today. She's a thing of beauty. Not a scratch on her to be found anywhere. The action is nice and low, great for the finger-style bass I want to learn. She sounds pretty good acoustically and even better amp'ed, but the D-string is substantially louder than all the other 3. I should have my black nylon-coated strings here tomorrow and while I'm changing the strings, I'll make sure that the saddle is flat on the bottom and not humped at the D position. That's usually the case, but we'll see. I post a couple of pictures of her at my house later.
