iirc correctly the most expensive denny's is in ny right beside the canadian border near niagara falls
Only have good memories of Denny's, a great deal from growing up. There is a secret Denny's near me, accessible entirely viable backroads. It is a great place to hit up after band practice. Who doesn't need bacon at midnight?
I've been in a few Denny's in CA and one in Vegas - never had a bad experience. Then again, it's nearly ten years since I was on that side of the US.

I occasionally eat at a nearby Denny's. It's close enough to walk to. The food and service are generally good.
The most noteworthy factoid about this particular Denny's is Jack Nicholson's famous diner scene from "Five Easy Pieces" was filmed there.

Denny's is good but the local 24hr Coney restaraunts that dot the Royal Oak area can serve some pretty decent breakfast-burger-fries & coffee stuff too.
Love me some dennys. I like that you can make your own shake. I had a vanilla one with pecans bacon and maple syrup

he once told me of all the places he's been to, dennys is by far the most disgusting. he said of all the places he's been to, he'd still eat at all of them besides dennys.
grossed me out bigtime. theres only one around here, but i haven't been to it in years.
surprisingly enough he said every burger king he'd went to was always spotless. ( i guess these places regularly had an exterminator come in to check for critters)

The Denny's in Worcester sucks. Ripped seats, slow service, crappy overpriced food, nothing but riff raff in the place. Last time I went was in 2007. I'll never go back.
Amen to THAT. When you have 20 better options RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET, why bother?
Haven't done many 2AMs at Denny's, but never had a problem with the chain itself. In Texas we like to hit the Whataburger on the way home for breakfast tacos after a night at the bar, and here I just drive home and have a beer before bed after gigs.

don't need a dennys. my late night stuff is done at a greasy spoon called anchor grill in covington. 24 hour mom and pop in the ghetto. slow as **** service from a crack-whore or stripper (not the kind you feel you've gotten your money's worth seeing) in her off time. but by the time your "food" gets there it all becomes clear why you've waited. everything cooked in bacon grease or real butter, it all tastes "from-scratch" and the portions aren't a gyp. they even have a coin-operated animatronic band from the 40's or 50's. good (drunk) times.

The Burger King formerly on Franklin Blvd in Eugene apparently didn't get the memo. It always smelled like very dirty dishwater or mop water. It just never looked clean and always smelled bad. Now closed, has subsequently gone thru several other iterations of restaurants, all failed.

Ok, I'll give you that as I didn't take that into account, but in the general, within 10 minute's drive of the area in question (Stratovani), I can think of at least 3 better options open at 2 that aren't Denny's swill.
If I drove 10 minutes in all directions from my house, I would find two restaurants. Neither are open at 2:00AM EST. For me, 2:00AM EST is a good time to be asleep.
