I know that because I just purchased a new bridge from them two weeks ago. But can't one also deal directly, sans eBay?

They have both a company site and a presence on eBay. If I had to buy something from them, I'd do it directly through the website for two reasons.

1. They always have some kind of special discount running, but they don't apply to anything bought through eBay.
2. It saves them the big percentage eBay charges per sale.
