I emailed Dingwall customer service and got answer on whether the NG3’s middle pickup is in series or parallel. This was their reply-In that case I 100% believe that your bass has a parallel middle pickup, but I still suspect the stock configuration on the NG-3 is all series.
No problem. Thanks for sharing! Thats what I've been looking for.
Loooong time. I don’t recall the last time I changed one. ....How long do your batteries last? I have the Glock pre.

Both are correct. The 3x basses used to be wired all in series, but we have since changed to wiring the bridge and neck pickup in series, and the middle pickup in parallel.

now that I said that though I’m sure...

In other news I just received something new (6 string ABII discussed a couple pages back) and captured my whole bass collection as it's rare for all of them to be at the same place.

~45-60 min of practice per day, 1-2 rehearsals per week, 4-6 gigs per month (all pre-pandemic numbers) I'd change them out once a year. They weren't even close to dead, but, it was just a thing I did on schedule to make sure I wouldn't have unexpected issues. How long do your batteries last? I have the Glock pre.

Anyone a steel string fan? I've got these two sets that I will never, ever use. If someone would like them for the cost of a USPS Priority Bubble Mailer, they're yours!
La vache .. félicitations, elle est magnifique.
Tu l'as trouvée où celle-là ?
Wow nice. Belle collection!Relais Thaï, Plan-Les-Ouates (GE)

Elle était apparemment en stock depuis 2014 chez Public Peace en Allemagne. Au prix d'il y a 7 ans.

Ahh, they’re GHS. That explains how Lee Sklar has always used GHS, even on his Dingwalls. Wonder if GHS would make more strings to fit Dingwalls if there was enough interest...Old voodoos? I'll take 'em.
I like the old GHS Dingwall steels.
