I'm using capo and a feeler gauge, from 0.05mm to 1mm in 0.05mm steps, so I can tell quite precisely.Mine are for sure, hopefully you’re using a capo to hold down the strings and an adequate measuring device?
Youu might be best to take it to a pro for a diagnosis to be Shute. If you bought it new then Dingwall will sort it out if it turns out to be a twist.
Yes, the bass is new, bought at an authorized Dingwall dealer here in the EU. I already reached out asking Dingwall about this.
Yes, if I look down the neck from the body side, I can see the slight curve I adjusted at the B string, but much less curve at the G string.That is definitely concerning. Not the most reliable method, but if you look down the length of the neck, is there a visible twist?
