Happy to enable!Burlington usually has a few in stock too.
I would imagine that the downtown T.O. location has some as well.

In my case, around 3.5 years if it arrives when they say it will. But I ordered mine during the height of the pandemic. Hopefully, new orders won’t take quite so much time.I talked to a place that already had some slots, and they said it would be at least 2 years on THOSE slots which are already in the system. I just couldn't commit. Seems like my band is week to week as it is![]()
Believe it or not my voodoo is actually thinner than the modern Z. It has that same exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail just with “vintage” electronics.Nate, how do Zebra necks compare to the modern Z? It looks like Pau Ferro fretboard (back when that was exotic). Do you think those are Bart pickups? (Edit: yes Bart pickups/pre).
That’s probably would’ve been my best shot at a 6er if I didn’t just buy that Veillette Fretless (edit: ahh local pickup, thus the earlier comment about knowing someone in Palmdale…I am on day 3 of 5 hours of sleep and I am feeling it, durp).
Did you get any updates so far?In my case, around 3.5 years if it arrives when they say it will. But I ordered mine during the height of the pandemic. Hopefully, new orders won’t take quite so much time.
IME, fanned fret feels different at both ends.…how does the fanned fret feel? Does it feel different headstock side (where G string frets are closer to you than the B frets) versus body side (where the fanning is in the "other" direction? Do you find a side easier to play on? I have to ask as my fingers are on the shorter side.
Only that my spec sheet is finalized and should expect delivery in about 6 months. Progress is a good thing! My NG3-6 is no slouch though so I can be patientDid you get any updates so far?
That's good to hear. I'm going to ask a question that's been asked a countless times and I'm not really worried but how does the fanned fret feel? Does it feel different headstock side (where G string frets are closer to you than the B frets) versus body side (where the fanning is in the "other" direction? Do you find a side easier to play on? I have to ask as my fingers are on the shorter side.
I'm not usually huge on transparent colors but that five string is one of the best looking basses of all time.Cousins from other mousins?!

Fellow Dingwallers, I have a question. Dingwalls seem to be in short supply here so I can't get my hands on one to try it out. I'm quite curious about the ergonomics; are the 37-34 5 string versions' necks noticeably longer than, say, a regular J bass neck? Is it much harder to play in that sense? How's the neck profile, would you compare it to a J, P, Stingray, whatever. Thanks!
That’s gotta be the sweetest looking green bass I’ve ever seen. Very nice.Cousins from other mousins?!

I agree it's tight comparitively to flatter wider five strings but those who might hear tight and shy away thinking it's closer to an Ibanez SR need not worryA 5 string Z is a very “tight”, fast neck
Now that's a blue bass I could jive withJust got that email from JFB...
