Looks like a swirling void or black hole (in the best way), especially the way the burl is 'moving' around the bridge area. Beautiful.

think that’s about it. Although I have a spare 6-way switch I may install in this rather than my NG6. We’ll see. I opted not to get the coil toggles as I’m mostly a set and forget kinda guy. Only use 1 pickup setting 99% of the time (jazz config).

I'm the same. I currently have a 6 way that has parallel and series for each two pickup combo.
It's on NB parallel most of the time.
I really liked NB series on an ABI I previously owned, but I'm not caring for it on my Z.
I may get another custom switch made with just 4 options and eliminate all the series pickup combos.
Look what I got delivered today. Shoutout to John Fox Bass who made everything possible. He was very patient with me and his advice and knowledge is spot on. Couldn’t have wished for anything better. Wouldn’t hesitate a second to buy from him again.
Oh and the bass? Plays like a dream and sounds great, I’m very happy with it and it’s a nice addition to my AB1

WARNING: It's worse than visiting puppies at an adoption site, you'll definitely be leaving with a bass or two.

Had TI flats on my old Super PJ and they were great.
While I wait for my Z to arrive, I just got some parts in today from the New World and gave my baby a wee facelift. Payson bridge + Canadian knobs.

You’re not supposed to adjust the string spacing just FYI that’s why the Dingwall ones don’t allow it.
I wish Payson had made their bridge wide enough to cover the ground hole, on the second run of these it just seems like an obvious flaw that was ignored.
