Absolute stunner I have to say. A massive "Thank you" to everyone at Dingwall. Looks amazing. Feels out of this world. Can't wait to plug it in and shake the foundations!

Yeah, API Legacy Plus. Serious console. We're in the B room at Sound Emporuim. I prefer the console in the B room. The A room has a better mic and outboard selection and an amazing echo chamber. The B room has plenty of toys to make a good sounding record

NM. I just pulled the trigger on the Black ABZ 5er in classifieds that 5StringPocket then MDBass used to own

Now to compare it with the NG-2 when it arrives, hopefully next month.

Well, my Zon sold today, but so did both of the Dingwalls I was looking at how is that for timing? So, does anyone else want to sell their Super P or PJ5? Thats my inclination at this point. of course will also look at 8 or sub 8 lb ABZs or AbIs, not totally in love with the other body styles. Really, I can't believe my bad luck/timing.

Does this look like pau ferro or rosewood? As far as I know the two woods were being used interchangeably at the time. I have no preference either way, I'm just curious.

Definitely looks like Pau to me.

Rub it with the tip of your finger
If it feels porous - rosewood.
If it's smooth (almost as if laquered) - pau ferro.

Lighting gives it kind of a purple hue. This look like trans black burst or just trans black? In the light looks like burst.

Was it me? Mine is a transparent blackburst. It does not look purple. I like that the normal trans-black looks purple.
