That works with a 37" scale?Only string that they make in a xtra long scale is Sunbeams.

I have the Pure Blues on all my basses; hopefully at some point the long scale Dingwalls. But Dingwall strings are good as well.I haven't had a chance to try them on my regular basses yet but I use them on my "6 string short scale piccolo bass" and they're amazing
Which version of the rotary? If it's the screw terminal, I'd be interested.I have a rotary switch that came out of my AB1 along with a 250K tone pot (with cap still on it) if anyone is interested in it.

I have a Dual M80 and a Single Vertigo. Love them both. Very happy.Anyone use a MONO case with your Dingwall?
Well, the nice thing is that you'll have a few months to decide before being locked in. Those Z's sure are pretty, that's for sure! What is your thinking so far on it? Any options that you're specifically rolling around?Decisions decisions. With production on the Canadian models now 1 year out, I am trying to decide on a Z3 order config. I had almost made up my mind but then I asked myself will I feel the same way in a year? ha ha
The duals sure are neat; one fellow got one to use with just one bass and all his other stuff.I have a Dual M80 and a Single Vertigo. Love them both. Very happy.
I LOVE the burst color of yellow to green, but have not decided whether to go for regular, flame, or x-top. X_top Burl or Spalt would be killer but maybe just the standard top with the burst would just be very cool. I have a pic of this color on my site but can't link it here. I put it on the site just so I could sit and watch it come around the carousel every 10 seconds...haha.Well, the nice thing is that you'll have a few months to decide before being locked in. I got word today that my build might be completed end of December, or early January. So, roughly 10 months from day of order to completion. I was kind of hoping something would've happened and I could've had it for a somewhat awesome gig I have on 11/29, but oh well - I think the two Afterburners will be perfectly fine for that.
Yeah, that's what I am thinking as well. Would love to see your bass.Z with 3x and s/p switches is at least 3 basses in one.
I like the color you chose!I asked for Green to Black burst, which I'm hoping turns out a lot like this one:

For a burst, I'd say Flame or Quilted. Burl and Spalt, to me, just don't look that great under colors. They shine better when they're natural, or lightly stained. But that is me. I just looked at the Y->G burst and yeah, I like that too, but I think it might look better under highly flamed or quilted maple.
I'm glad Sheldon's stuff is really catching on. I ordered on March 3rd, so that's pretty big growth in a short amount of time. Makes me want to jump in and get in line on another order here in the next few months... maybe a PrimaSadly, there's just too much uncertain for me in the next year (namely: buying a house), so I shouldn't.
Thanks. It's a "thing" - I have Red and Blue... so now I'll have RGB (Red/Green/Blue, all primary colors) basses. Still bouncing between 5 and 6 string, but I apparently have a few months to make up my mind on it.I like the color you chose!

Yeah, this was one of options discussed when I spoke with Sheldon today. It would just have to be really nice.
