But then again, I shall not be pursuing any more Dingwall romance for quite some time, nor will I need to. Would I like to have a Z? Ummmmmm, YES! But at this point, that would be sheer indulgence. Frankly, a second AB1 was an indulgence tio be sure. But as I suspected, the 3x config has a sufficiently different tonality to make it practical and you have to have AT LEAST TWO, don't you?

For this gig, yes. D-800+ with SW115/SW210, and it was an excellent match!

Sorry! I was really teasing @BuffaloBob4343 which I shouldn't do when I know he is spent. (or should I say has spent). I know he'll enjoy finding lots of tones on that treasure for a while.
I sure like the white. It might be my favourite.
Every time one rolls in the price has gone up. The sticker on this guy is over $2100.00.
That yellow one I gave a whirl about a year ago was under $1800.
Natural to Transparent White burst over maple burl....this is simply beautiful, it looks like marble!

Ah man, they're all so pretty anymore. I really hope this era of guitars holds up in the long run and doesn't look terribly out of place in a decade or so like the Jacksons and Kramers did when grunge set in. I think some of the Kiesels look great too, but some really border on gaudy and I think Dingwall has largely managed overdoing it.
