DIY Fender P using Fender replacement parts!

10000 IQ play. Can't hate on a bridge you can't see ;P. What's under the cover? An ironic Gibson 3-pointer or a futuristic bridge so innovative that our heads would explode at its exposure!? The world may never know. Schroedingers bridge ;P

Well... thanks to @LowEndLobster and this thread and his youtube video I now have my first P Bass. That day I started ordering parts and they've all arrived. It's come out great! I'm actually very happy with the tone as well. Very dark but still punchy in the mids. It's a player body with a roasted Maple neck and a vintera pickup and pots.

Came out really nice, the black hardware was a good call it's a great lookin bass! Glad you decided to pull the trigger on it...

Where did you find Vintera electronics fo sale? At the Stratosphere?
