i only refrigerated the natural stuff, but quickly returned to "Skippy"! like you said, what a pain!
I like the natural stuff in theory. But no matter how much I've stirred it up, it always turns out the same: Super creamy at the top, but the last third of the jar is bone-dry.
 
Actually, I'm looking at a jar of Natural Skippy and it doesn't have the "refrigerate after opening" spiel. I'm pretty sure regular Skippy does.
Weird! I'll have to home and check my jar of Jif extra crunchy tonight. I eat it pretty regularly, have never put it in the fridge, and have never noticed anything wrong with it.

They have natural Skippy now but they add sugar and palm oil (to keep it from separating) so I don't know that you can really call it "natural". :eyebrow:

It's not bad though. I tried the Jif natural and it was kind of bland.
