Do you take vitamins?

I grew up eating the Flintstones vitamins. So sad to bite off Pebbles head every morning. :D

As for now.... no vitamins for me. I have yet to develop a need for them, or good reason to take them.

Speaking as someone whom was diagnosed with ME/CFS in 2000, I sincerely hope your father never gets it as, with an attitude like that, he would be in very real trouble. :( Presumably he comes from the school of thought which dictates that you should tell the clinically depressed to pull themselves together ? :hmm:

Very sad and and quite pathetic IMHO. :scowl: :scowl:

Your father is ignorant.

My ex had M.E. We're not talking about an excuse for being a bit lazy.

We're talking about a condition that makes you feel like you've just run two marathons back to back.

Fortunately, researchers have pinpointed markers for the disease that may be a step towards a cure.

I don't take vitamins. I do make sure to eat at least 4 or 5 meals a week that are made with fresh veggies and fruit, so I get all my vitamins that way.

I also eat a lot of garlic and ginger, because its good for your immune system. The only time I take supplements is when I am sick.
