It's fine. Don't sweat it for one more minute. On a natural finish, it's really not very noticeable.
My old 77 Rick 4001 had a larger and deeper dent than that right on the front of it, and it was that way when I bought it. It looked fine to me. I didn't give a hoot about a little dent and neither did the guy I sold it to. My Wurlitzer 140B has a chip out of the part next to the low end of the keys, my old 1780 violin has a fissure in the back where the wood separated who knows how long ago. All these instruments still play great, they have character and stories. I also remember seeing a 73 Jazz for sale in Milwaukee that looked like somebody'd used it for target practice for a BB gun, and it was for sale maybe a couple of weeks before it was gone. Wasn't cheap, either.
I think our first big knock on an instrument always shocks us, but eventually it just becomes part of the instrument, and you don't think about it much, anymore. My own Jazz bass even has a little burn mark at the bridge from when a crappy amp I was using went live and shocked the heck out of me. Good times, good times.
