If you want the doomiest and heaviest, the Mountainking Megalith is what you want. If you don't want to spend that much, Built by Ryan on Reverb makes a modded version that is a bit cheaper.
I agree that you could probably achieve this sound with a combo of different pedals. The recording sounds really compressed and chaotic. Finding out which ones is the tricky part but don't be subtle. As long as you keep enough bass, all is good.
Yeah I've heard about that but the only demo's I've seen have sounded harsh on the high end and a bit fizzy
Death By Audio is well known for extreme sounding pedals. You're not going for subtlety here. I mean, the name of the band isn't "Finely dyed Jeans Made With Locally Sourced Materials". Well, ok, the "locally sourced" part of the original name could be argued...

try an overdrive into a muff based fuzz, ive got pretty close to that sound by sending a Fuzzrocious Rat tail into the Fuzzrocious Grey stache
It sounds to me like a mic on a cab at very high volume which is where the low end is coming from, the cab...and of the pedals I use, I would try the Pharaoh no diodes into a compressor, maybe a drive before also, but still you have to be at feedback volume and use eq Life is good at feedback volume.
I agree with miking a cab to achieve this sound as I'm pretty sure the amp's head is seriously pushed here too. Just bear in mind that "feedback volume" doesn't have to be "ear split volume". If you add a compressor somewhere in your chain, you can have feedback at a "neighbours friendly volume".
saw a band where the bassist had a fuzz war sounded pretty brutal, i used to have an apocalypse dba pedal that thing was great for mental sounds! wall of fuzz in one pedal!

When I saw them live (I believe it was on this tour) they both used simple digital multi effects like BP8's or something to get their fuzz sound.
Plus raging solid state rigs.
Full Disclosure: My favorite band as of late. I get the sense that they do love old rigs but aren't amp worshippers. They seem to use what is cheap and convenient.

You want a muff or superfuzz based on the tone I'm hearing in that song. It sounds more superfuzz to me than anything, but I could be wrong. The Megalith is good, but it does get fizzy like you said. It's not a smooth fuzz at all. It's very aggressive and not what I think of when I think of wall of fuzz.
My best wall of fuzz sound I've found was a Civil War muff combined with a Stonefly Two Headed Werewolf. Or a good overdrive into a good fuzz is always great.

I'll have another look but so far the dba fuzz wars sounds more my thing
