Unknown, never had the courage (or inclination) to logon and view it.
Only drama we sort of have is political and religion.
The guitarist just wants to add what he thinks when he can even though I am diametrically opposed on both to his views.
Why waste the time?! We really are here to play music. Politics should be left to a coffee clutch or a clan rally whatever you are into...
Anyway, i let it slide to avoid the DRAMA but every now and then i just want to say "shut up and play!"

The only drama I "create" is due to the only goal I have, which is making the music sound good. I tend to be really easy going as long as everyone is capable, doing their part, and not sticking themselves too much into the musical contributions of the other members. My goal is to create a good sound and my method is to surround myself with good players who don't need their hands held and can lay down competent chops.
If you can do that, I'm good. If you can't do it, or if you feel the need to get all control-freaky about someone else's perfectly competent contribution, we will have a problem. My solution to that problem will probably be to walk, because I don't need the stress that bands generate when they aren't functional.
