Yeah, Schumann PLL w/Drone attachment. I'll say for the record the PLL is cool, but the drone is kinda meh.

No one is making it to my knowledge (though there were talks of a clone and of Schumann actually coming back). This pedal gets most of the way there though...

Yeah, I remember talk of the Schumann PLL on the DAM forum, a few years back. Seems to me you sold me a pedal or two back then. That's why I thought your name was Gary. Sorry...

No, but I plan on doing this soon. The cool thing is it operates normally if nothing is plugged into the loop...pretty sweet!

Thanks for the link. I had seen the guitar demo video, but somehow missed the one for bass. A Ravish Sitar is definitely in my future. Wow! You have Moogerfoogers in a store near you? I have never seen one sold in any music store.

Yeah, they just got them in last summer. Right now they have the FreqBox, LPF-101, and Ring Modulator. I tried the Ring Modulator out a few weeks ago with a delay pedal in front of it, and while I finally dialed in some great sounds, realized it definitely wasn't a pedal I need. But it did sell me on the delay (BBE Two-Timer), so it wasn't a total waste of their time. They also told me that they were going to be ordering more pedals about this time, so hopefully they took my advice on the Ravish Sitar. I want to try it so bad. They do have the EHX Freeze, now I have a yearning to try it out. Though I doubt I'll pick it up.

If just sustaining... you can do this with just about any multieffect pedal... ..basic settings as a steel guitar... (reverb, delay, compressor)

I have settings on a digitech, line6, pandora and zoom b2.1u that all do basically the same thing...

Can hold a note for about 3 minutes.

Thanks for the tip Tim. I will plug my b2.1u in and figure something out. Yes, I want sustain of a note, or maybe even a phrase. I also want the ability to change the root drone. Experimental stuff is what I am aiming for. Got any tips on setting up a patch on the zoom? I know you are knowledgeable in its arcane ways.

I checked with a big box music store here in town. No Ravish Sitar pedal in stock. Forgot to ask about the Freeze pedal though.
