Drummer's cat Pissed on my pedalboard!!!

Another great scent removal product is "Anti-Icky-Poo." Rats made their home in the metal box around our fireplace and when we started it up after a few years -- YOW! We couldn't get in to clean it beyond vacuuming, but this worked. Works on cat urine, too.

You should have done a sound check before you cleaned everything off. I saw on TB that cat piss gives a special edge that's very desirable for certain genres.

As for eating, are you sick now? If not, just wash your hands before eating (always a good idea) and move on.

From now on, cover your gear with a plastic tarp - I do that at home - my dog likes to "mark" a new bass so he knows it's friendly. I've found it helps the sound, but not the finish.

No recommendation for the smell, but I would suggest buying something like an old Samsonite suitcase from a local thrift store and keeping your board in there. Close it all up when you're done practicing and voila, your board is safe from the elements. Plus, it makes it easier to transport when you've got gigs or whatever.

Hmm...this (among many other reasons) is why I never leave gear anywhere. No exceptions.

First off, does the drummer know about this? One, he should be apologizing and helping you clean up your pedals and going so far as to replace anything that's permanently "marked". Hopefully you'll be okay just wiping down the pedals with cleaner and replacing the Velcro!

Two, improper elimination (peeing outside the litterbox) in cats can be an indicator of a serious medical condition. He needs to get that cat to a vet to rule out any illnesses before he starts working on behavior modification with the cat. It's possible that the cat gets stressed out by the loud noise (to him) of your band rehearsal, so that could be a whole 'nother issue to tackle.
Yeah, a week before his cat also pissed on the guitarist's guitar. all over the pickups and body. lovely
