Drunk/high posting?

Why do you think this pedal is invented?

One of the bands I used to be in had a pre-show huddle. I started it by telling our singer to 'have fun', she would then tell the keyboard to 'pay attention', he would then tell the drummer 'it's not a competition', and he would tell me 'don't drink too much.'.

So... yeah.

I wonder more about Craigslist posters. Most here seem to have at least part of a conscious thought. ( Not all, of course. )
What about the Facebook marketplace? I see the most random things for sale.

"I found this half eaten fruit cake in the bottom of freezer from a decade ago.....I bet someone would buy it."

Maybe that is a tad exaggerated but it's pretty interesting what people post to sell.

Like hey man. The Dude abides.

I am pretty sure the following recurring threads are all drug induced:

"What's the Big Deal About Fender?"

"Should I get a P Bass"

"Why are Foderas so expensive"

"My Squier is better than most expensive basses."

I may be leaving a few out...

I admit I'm guilty. Some posts I wish I hadn't made, like the one about my drummers GF. It has given me the courage though to give and buy stuff I love, which I otherwise probably wouldn't have bought.
That sure was courageous of you!

You can call it a Valium
No, it's different ... valium is diazepam (they're usually blue in color, not counting the many generics), klonipin is clonazepam (yellow, not counting generics.)

Edit: similar, but different

I try to assume that everyone has a cognitive disability.

Once I was kind of miffed with this young person who I was helping out online & he was asking me specifics that anyone should be able to figure out, or so I thought.

Anyway after being rude to him & telling him that he should be able to figure out at least some of this on his own,,,

he posted a photograph of himself & told me he was autistic, which made me feel like a real tool

So nowadays I try not to be rude to folks until they are to me.

Recently someone stooped to calling me names on here, saying that if my disposition on here is anything to go by, then I must be a real prick in real life.
Oddly enough, that person likes to post when inebriated, which is often enough to take note of.

Live learn and love. There are a lot of people out there that suffer from all sorts of mental deficiencies that aren't detectable to the eye. It's a good reminder to help check my own patience, which can be quickly lost in a situation
