Dunwich Amplification General Discussion

I hope I’m wrong but this may just be my best Dunwich day ever. TWO packages in one day!!
What are the odds? Yes I do believe my gas has been quelled for the moment.

Beyond the blend, is there a build difference in this current version?

The continuous style depth has a different response compared to the rotary. Adding in the blend probably has a small contribution but I think its fairly transparent when its off. I did make the output a little bit louder, this was done to accommodate the blend and i wanted the output to just be louder in general. Little adjustment to one part of the gain structure. I think its definitely feeling like more of a bass version TBH.

I noticed that the Wizard I had years ago was the least loud of all your pedals. Maybe its the 18v thing, but generally I have those things down between 9 and 11 o'clock for unity volume.

Yes its lacking in the output I would have liked. So I modified the output recovery stage to be a MOSFET based design instead of a BJT based design so it could be louder. It could be even louder if need be but might start to clip the blend signal a bit.

I didn't jump on this because I've got the middle sized green one and think it's perfect. Now I'm having second thoughts again, ....
