Dunwich Amplification General Discussion

...what does NWTF mean? (I am decidedly un-hip.)

Says to run on 9v... is 18v safe like some other Dunwich pedals?

Agreed that you should check with Seth directly. My recollection is that there has not been any chatter about running this at 18v. With my luck I probably posted something about this and if you should/shouldn't try it at 18v and can't remember. Google isn't turning up anything saying it's been discussed so I'd avoid trying it until you get a definitive answer.

From the website, for posterity:

Solomons Thrall is a variant of our all crushing Fuzzthrone. We've added a depth control to dial in punishing lows as well as a mids knob for some sinister tonal aggression! Boost has been moved to the inside (mids is also internal) so you can still dial in the monolithic fuzz tone that these units are known for!

Volume - controls overall level
Depth - increase low end
Tone - sweeps between treble and bass
Fuzz - controls fuzz amount

Internal controls
Boost - drives circuit harder
Mids - increase mid range

9v DC operation only
