Hey BassGreaser. I have 2 of the NL210's and love em. If you're seriously thinking about buying one you can come give one of mine a test drive if you'd like. Let me know, I'm just up the road.
I have a new EA Doubler and a NL-210 (that is factory 4 ohms). No way do I want to stand around anything louder than this rig. Let the PA crank it if need be. I love the tone I get with the Fender Jazz.
Actually, if the speakers are in fact lined up vertically, it will enhance your horizontal dispersion - not detract from it...

Hey guys I know this thread is a bit old at this point but worth updating those that are subscribed.
Yesterday at the NYC GTG Mike Dimin brought along the newest NL210 version 3.
I was able to make a good comparison as mike had his doubler with the V3 cab while I had the V2 NL 210 with my doubler.
Nothing earth shattering in that the new version is not worlds apart from it's predecessor, likely why they kept the NL210 name. I did notice a bit more low end and it stayed very tight. If your already using a NL 210 and boost the bass a bit you will likely not need to on the newest model. Moved the handles and such maybe mike or the EA guys can post some pictures.
My basic conclusion is that this cab is a winner. If you've already got an NL210 you might not notice a huge difference to make a direct upgrade. If you are a fan of the older NL 210 this cab will satisfy you for sure. Probably really good timing as many companies have been forced to suspend production of neo cabs.
On the other hand if you weren't a fan of the NL210 to begin with this new version is probably not going to win you over.

I was wondering what was going on with their 2x10 & 4x10.
I had to buy the new "kit" due to both my drivers blowing in one of my 210's. Got the cab back together but the horn doesn't work. It's been so long since I've played the cab I would only be able to hear a difference if I had the new version to test against the old. I don't know the story behind the new drivers, but they definitely have a more "hands on" look to their construction. I will be boxing mine up and sending it to JD at EA to get it back up to perfect working order here in the next day or two.

I love my NL210 v.2. And I love my cxl112.
In a perfect world a NL210 would be a little more present in the mids ( the mix between cxl and NL210). Maybe this v.3 has it.
Maybe someday I will try one.

this cab is in production and is not a prototype, not sure when they'll hit the streets. This is instead of a wizzy210.
Saturday I gigged my EA Micro for the first time at a local winery. Massive, outstanding tone! Very happy with this amp! And it slips into my gig bag. Here's a recording of "Godfather Theme," which we played at the gig. For the record, all settings are flat.
