I am "supposed" to send the cab back, not sure how that is going to happen ;)

Hey Mike,
Any idea if these are going to be available in a 4 ohm version?

I just got a Wizzy yesterday from one of the lads here and it's fantastic ! :love

Hey all! I just joined the group but I've been an EA enthusiast/owner for over 15 years now. Here's my current list of EA goodness:

iAmp500/UK S/N - 002 of 100
" S/N - 003 "
" S/N - 032 *Mounted in a VL-110C Combo Cab
" S/N - 029 *Mounted in an LDS 4X8 2 Way Airhead
2ea. VL-208 Cabinet
3ea. VL-110 "
iAmp800/C Combo S/N - 019
CxL-112II Cabinet

**All are Ex.+ condition.

As you can see I love the UK amps and VL cabs, they just seem to have "that special something". All have Tuki covers/bags to keep them springtime fresh. Ken

pics ! :D

Just picked up an Iamp Micro 300. Pushed the heck out of an SWR Goliath III (8 ohm) yesterday, I'll try it with a pair of VL110's next.

Edit: Tried it with one VL110, works but the low end distorts and it seems the cab needs more power... not at all surprising given it's history with me and my amplification. A filter to roll off some of the extreme low end would be nice on this amp too. I expect better results running two for a 4 ohm load.
