Well... I own the plumes; it is nice, but just a fancy tube screamer. I get far better results by stacking any two tube screamers in a row than trying to get all of my needs from one pedal. None of them compare to a plasma pedal!

Denial (no matter how thinly disguised) is bad for you. You know you want one; give in to the dark side....
It is interesting that tube screamers for bass are having a moment. I have a Plumes on my board as a barely low-gain-high-treble boost, so the appeal is obvious to me...
Going to be a tough fight with the JHS Moonshine I just put on my board, but after that youtube video I might just have to.
Not my experience. The low end loss was too big of an issue.

I found it workable, but I also do not prefer high settings of the tone knob and so I never found the highs competing with the lows. Only reason I didn't keep the pedal is because I had (and still have) too much dirt.
If I didn’t know better, I would have thought it was a trailer for a 21st Century/modern day spin remake of Deliverance.Is this for real or is this video just a joke?
I have been considering getting Plumes for some time. I am not concerned about low end loss because I use my dirt pedals in crossover blender. I think I will wait what will be the price of the Blumes and then I will make a move...

I need this. Love my plumes, but it's just not 100% right for bass.
