You're right about that. He cropped the first pic but it's not the same guitar.yea, there could have been some better pics in the listing, but actually the first pic on ebay shows enough of it to prove its either not the same guitar or something very bizarre happened in shipping.

Well, the lack of good frontal pics would have been the first clue.
I don't know what these sell like normally. I'd attempt to return it as "not as advertised" but the use of weasel words to describe ethereal qualities and not physical condition might not work in your favor.

Yep and after looking at the pics again I'm in agreement that they don't show the same instrument.I think the ad copy “the whole guitar is perfect….no issues” works in the OP’s favour…
