The seller has 100% positive feedback for one transaction. I'm thinking of offering the full buy it now price with an additional 25% kicker. But, I'll have to send him the check in the amount of $100K and have him send me the difference.

ive bought and sold a bunch of stuff on ebay, and they usually takes care of the buyer first. if the buyer receives the item not as described they open a case and ebay'll refund them, making the seller's PayPal go negative, until it is settled. Theres no way for the seller to prove that they shipped them the 'item as described' or it wasn't damaged before shipping, so automatically in those cases are in the buyers favor. if the seller doesn't respond to the case, and they let the negative balance sit long enough, it gets reported to a bill collections agency, and it will affect their credit. That happened to me, I sold a hard drive to a woman in the Ukraine, I asked her if she wanted trackingwhich would've been an additional $40 so she said no, and she opened a claim saying she never got it, I didn't have tracking on it, so I ended up getting multiple calls which I ignored until I saw my credit start to dip, then I finally paid them. Then sold a MacBook for 860, got the money, then the buyer made a claim that they never got it, and within to days of no response they refunded them and my PayPal balance went negative 860 until I gave them the tracking over the phone and they saw it was delivered. If I had that kind of play Money I'd buy it, have it confirmed by a pawn star referral, and if it was a lie, file a claim and get my 45k scoobs back
Why what? Why do they favor the buyers? buyers are ebay's hosts for leeching. Their fees are ridiculous, I sold a Rolland td-9 for 2k, ebay took 10% (200) then PayPal took an additional 70. The more people in fear of getting ripped off on there the less revenue they'll get
Ok lets bid the crap out of it and take it to a million dollars....maybe two. Then I'll make a fake ebay account and win it with a ridiculous bid like 2.5 million. I can't believe he ousted Bootsy Collins at age 14. Hes so amazing that nobody has ever heard of him.
