I'll respond. You're a nice person, but you've just been ignored throughout your childhood. You've always been a loner. In a forum where you can be faceless, you like starting a controversy, you desire attention. But in a face-to face meeting, you're shy. Take some chances in public tomorrow: Say 'Hi' to a stranger. It will be a very gradual process, but over time, you'll overcome your shyness and desire to be accepted.

You know, I was going to comment about both of these posts as bringing this in the wrong direction off topic, as it seems nearly every thread with ILP's involvement eventually evolves into this exact series of events, but instead I'll just give a +1 to the "reported" coment.

NONE of you know me on a personal level so none of you are qualified to comment. You did what you did to throw this topic off track and into your own TB soap opera bull$hit! Congrats!

ILP, the way you act here on TB makes a lot of people disrespect you and will make you feel unwelcome because of the attacks you have posted here and in other threads. You have done all this by yourself and I for one would like to see you gone so the rest of us can enjoy TB once again.

There is nothing wrong with being the only person that disagrees with others but it's the way you do it, you just rub people the wrong way. Hell, I disagree with others about basses and builders but I'm not calling them names because of it, same goes for others here. Nobody has jumped on you until you started with them first. You need to grow up a little and have a little less stress in your life.

This is pure ridiculousness. You asked about a bass, and, in so many words, did get an answer -- they're nothing special. If they were, then at least SOME people would've bought them. The only concrete word we have on them is that a sound tech for a show didn't like the tone of the bass. Also given the thought that his guitars are *incredibly* bright (any review on HC will tell you that), I think it'd probably be safe to assume the same for his basses.

Furthermore, you've managed to out and out disrespect more people in one damn thread than (sorry Nick, but I'm being honest here) Nickthebassist did in his entire quest for Mike Kroeger's tone when he was posting about it on here. There's a difference between being provoked into fighting (Nick), and out-and-out inviting it. Like I said, this is ridiculous. For the good of the faceless turds of TalkBass, this thread should be closed and you should be banned.
