Hi Brian,
some of the woods listed are incorrect. #081 is Cherry.
Peter had to stop using koa by the time I got #073 due to allergies.
And, in the picture I see cherry wood.
#032 -less sure about this one, but I think it might be paduak (though it's kind of brownish for paduak, so I might be wrong. Peter did make a set of basses without laminates, birdseye maple neck, that were paduak or walnut.

I've been contacted by the owner of Elias #004 in Toronto. It's a 4 string padauk and maple lined fretless with original jazz style Bartolini pickups and a rotary switch for some tone presets.

Wow, that fretless looks great! Surprising though; I've never seen a serial number that high that wasn't padouk. (AP-1 or AP-2)

Impressive, the CSO bought 9 of his Doublebasses! Though operating in reverse, that's still quite a pedigree to consider when selling or buying one of his electric instruments

I have played an Elias bass--and it was very nice.
#054 was off Craigslist for a while, but it's back...still for sale: Electric Bass, Elias bass, Handmade
Unfortunately, it's been offline for a while. A combination of technical factors, but I hope to have it up and running again soon!
