hrm, maybe I want to look elsewhere. I want ballsy low grunt that would work for rock/classic rock, but still be able to get away with the occasional slap lick. heh
Yeah, not sure if the Epi is really geared for that either, but I would say, at these prices, and with their unconditional return, it'd be well worth checking out. I certainly don't regret checking it out one bit.Sean Baumann said:

When is MF going to be out of the Q2's so we can start selling them for $800 because "they are discontinued so you can't get them anymore"? Like the Reverend basses wil soon be, or do you think that we will have to wait 20 years like the Fender Katana's and Bullets?

After I read that Stevem627 bought the blem unit, I looked on the site and it was indeed gone from their inventory even though the page for the blem was still up. You just have to look at the actual page to see that there are no more in stock. The new units were taken off the site sometime last week.
Looks like I'm going to get one...I'll post up a review and A/B with my Dem when I get the chance (in two or three weeks).

Has anyone else found that the mid scoop switch is progressively getting noisy? When I engage it, it makes a mild popping sound, and it is more and more noticeable and annoying. Anyone else? Am I sending this back already?
