Vic said:This is exactly how I'd describe the QII.
You'd describe it as "quite hi-fi" or "a little different than his EBS?"Vic said:This is exactly how I'd describe the QII.
Yeah, not sure if the Epi is really geared for that either, but I would say, at these prices, and with their unconditional return, it'd be well worth checking out. I certainly don't regret checking it out one bit.Sean Baumann said:hrm, maybe I want to look elsewhere. I want ballsy low grunt that would work for rock/classic rock, but still be able to get away with the occasional slap lick. heh

Worked out best for both of us!Folmeister said:Has anyone else found that the mid scoop switch is progressively getting noisy? When I engage it, it makes a mild popping sound, and it is more and more noticeable and annoying. Anyone else? Am I sending this back already?
You have PM.Dr. PhunkyPants said:I had that issue with the mute switch. Mine went back. Ahhh, fickle GAS. Now I am lusting after a particular Aggie product.
Hey--anybody need rack ears? Got an extra set....
gruuv said:Glad you're jazzed, Jay. I opted to pick up Joker's 502. I'll be using the preamp out on that with my CA9 = just like having the QII, but then I've got a killer "small" head for the jazz/wedding gigs as well.Worked out best for both of us!

Still working on the Lab though, I really want it. . .
