Look into the excel file in my Dropbox.
The 2nd last column shows the tension for the given scale length at the top (the last is for detuned strings, see below).
If you only compare string data from that file, the scale length is not important.
It might not be easy to find lower tension solo strings at solo pitch as the solo bass should (in general) sound brilliant and loud to cut through and that won’t work with lower tension strings.
Find a orchestral set that is lower tension in medium weight and where a solo set exists, as solo strings typically have a comparable tension to orchestral mediums at solo pitch, but often with a bit less tension on the lower strings.
A longer scale makes things more complicated, I have a similar problem with high C strings on a 110 cm scale.
As a last possibility you might find a high tension orchestral set with a high C string (i.e. Evah Pirazzi or Spiro Mittel 3/4) and tune it down by a minor third. But that might be too less tension.
In the newest version of my excel file the last column contains the tension for a detuned string, usually set at -2 for the tension of downtuned solo strings.
But you can set it to -3 and read the tension for high C to A orchestral strings that will then sound at solo pitch.
