Ever smell a drum throne?

I was helping my drummer move his kit, and I made the mistake of letting his throne get too close to my nose.

I almost vomited.

I quickly came to the realization that this guy sits on this thing and sweats his a$$ off (literally) all the time.

Never carry a drum throne. It's not worth it.

Anyone else ever smell a drum throne by accident?

You seem to have way too much time on your hands.
I wouldn't smell my drummer's throne on a bet.

As funny as this is, c'mon man. Your balls don't sweat? Do you possess the only "no sweat" taint on the planet? :) But being said, I have smelled a very used throne. My car didn't smell the same for a week. Back in marching band, the drummer room was like a haz-mat quarantine open to all percussionist and those who could/would dare to step through the threshold.
