Okay, seeing Im snowed in at home here with 20'' of snow, Im bored.. So, Im going to compile a list of my favorite P bass tones, along with videos, and any info I know about the tone and or bassist!

Those are just off the top of my head, y'all are welcome to add to the list! I thought I would list some things that might push some of you guys into looking for that tone you dream of. Im close to mine, Im just missing the Ampeg rig.. I will have one soon enough, thats for sure.

Seems to me that P+Flats+Ampeg/All Tube setup=what Im going for.

I'm pretty sure I love his tone on anything he has done, have you checked out his new band? They just released the CD.
