Exar Tourbox Thread

Oh wow, I just now stumbled across this thread...nice idea, Eric.

I'm hoping to do some sound clips when it's my turn with them, but (and in the interest of total disclosure) unless something changes between now and then, it'll be my first real use of/time spent with an octave, so don't expect a lot of profound statements from me on that one. To be honest, that's one reason why I signed up...to mess with an octave for free. I'm also looking forward to using the Moby Dick, as I'm half-assed shopping for a chorus anyway.

I'd like to thank Cyrus for doing this in general and for letting me in on it!

....or you'd think we were on the other side of the planet.
Wait...which planet, again?

Well, I had a chance to play with all three pedals (briefly) tonight. They were all lots of fun, especially the Octavium! I'll post a better review in the next few days. Definitely all well built and versatile pedals.

Just a question for everyone. Is there a good non-spammy website for hosting audio clips?

Plus if anyone wants, I can host clips indefinitely on my servers. I have loads of space sitting unused. And so it's clear, my hosting would not be associated with content on my visible websites, unless you say it's OK for me to use it that way. :)

I can host video too! Of course, I'm not like Youtube, automatically shrinking and compressing the video until it's easy to watch quickly. But if you have iMovie or similar, and can resize and compress the vid to an emailable data size, then there's no prob.
